VISION

We envision a world where all young people can access the transformative power of the performing arts, enabling them to build essential life skills, foster deeper connections, and develop a lasting sense of empathy.

OUR PILLARS

  • Connection

    Less phone. More heart.

  • Collaboration

We don’t do any of this alone.

  • Mental Wellness

    Take care of your mind.

  • Communication

    Share and listen.

  • Creativity

Find your voice and use it.

With our pillars guiding our programs, BTB youth have the opportunity to…

  1. Learn and develop skills taught in the performing arts

  2. Create genuine connection with themselves and others with a focus on mental wellness

  3. Perform and create an original show with their own stories utilizing all aspects of the arts, building community and confidence in one’s voice
